Our business is changing! We are now structured in three major divisions: sales representation, manufacturing and services.

On the sales-representation side we continue to represent AllCoat Technology for water-based and solvent-based polyurethane coatings and resins. These coatings encompass automotive interiors, exterior vinyl, print receptive and other applications.

On the manufacturing side we are now offering several coatings under our own brand. Among these are a solvent-based PVDF topcoat and primer for markets requiring superior outdoor weathering and self cleanability. In addition we are starting a venture to manufacture PVDF films in a variety of gauges and widths. Stay tuned for more information on this exciting new product offering. We also offer WB coatings for other applications including print receptives and fire-retardant treatments and finishes.

Our services are expanding too! We have added to our narrow-format converting services from AdCal a vast range of liquid and dry blending and associated services from Howard Industries, Columbus, OH. In addition, through our new affiliation with RF Works, Cocoa, FL we can add eye-catching, multi-color, RF-welded, decorative logos to your vinyl or other coated substrates.

Coatings:

• Our affiliation with AllCoat Technology Inc. brings you a wide selection of solvent-based urethane, acrylic and vinyl acrylic coatings suitable for basecoats, topcoats and laminating adhesives in a variety of industries.
• Under our own LECS brand we offer:
  • Water and solvent based FR coatings.
  • PVDF-256 solvent-based PVDF fluoropolymer topcoat.
  • PAP-127 primer.
  • PRC-319 print receptive coating for solvent ink jet printing.
  • WB conductive topcoat.

Resins:

• Our affiliation with AllCoat Technology Inc. also gives you access to a wide range of water-based and solvent-based urethane, acrylic and vinyl acrylic resins to support your compounding needs. Our urethane range includes both aliphatic and aromatic polyesters, polyether and polycarbonate systems.

 Films:

• We are in the launch phase of a project to produce PVDF fluoropolymer film used in a wide variety of laminating applications where superior weathering, self-cleaning, stain resistance and electrical resistance properties are needed.
• We are developing a specialized heat or RF-weldable adhesive film that can bond difficult substrates like Sunbrella fabric and vinyl substrates topcoated with highly stain resistant coatings.
