Many wide-format coaters and laminator lack the narrow-format, pilot-plant or pre-commercial facilities desired when scaling up new products or processes. It is expensive to run experiments on wide-format equipment--sometimes as much as $10,000/day--and it is often more difficult to schedule time. AdCal offers the perfect solution.

Allow us to implement your toll coating, laminating or experimental design on our narrow-format facilities. First we can slit your wide-format materil down to desired size, as low as 3/8 inch. Next we can apply aqueous or solvent coatings or adhesives in a variety of roll configurations. We follow that with thorough oven drying/curing. Finally, we roll up and deliver your finished goods on a variety of core sizes.

We accomplish all this with speed and professionalism at reasonable prices.
